The culture of innovation that Nadie has contributed to developing at TOUS has been enriched with a new scenario for projecting the brand’s radically unique design universe and culture. A project in which we have accompanied the jewellery firm in the conceptualisation, together with Elisava, of its own training model. Designed to share with new generations of creators and entrepreneurs the TOUS model of creation and design of brands, projects and unique models.

The horizon of the project, its self-demand, is to reach a truly superior level of education, which will provide the pedagogical and formative foundations necessary to generate a truly creative, contemporary vision and make it sustainable. Because to take a project forward today, a new brand, it is necessary to mobilise values and projects equivalent to those that TOUS contributed at the time. And which it continues to build today. A demanding, rigorous, high-value training concept that develops its own methodology, based on the brand’s principles of creativity, innovation and design. With a central focus on expressive freedom and a highly valuable methodological approach: based on the direct experience and legacy of a century-old jewellery brand, aligned with the academic excellence of Elisava, Spain’s leading design university.

The TOUS Creative Design Crafts Chair introduces students to the innovative, diverse and multifaceted reality of a contemporary creative brand: from the origin of the product to the customer experience. Promoting a transformative and inspiring educational scheme of change, which will allow new generations of jewellers, entrepreneurs or designers to acquire a valuable mix of experiences, knowledge and transversal skills to address the challenges of today’s market. From the point of view of jewellery: a sector and a discipline that coexist in the fashion ecosystem from clearly differential coordinates. A unique mix of knowledge capable of integrating craft, design and technology with the highest standards of branding, marketing and international management.

A chair that aims to catalyse and facilitate the creative growth necessary to promote design, entrepreneurship and new brands in the market. Because at Nadie we know that creativity must be cultivated, promoted and enriched. And that when this happens, talent grows beyond expectations. And in talent, the talent of the new generations, lies more than just the future of great brands: it is the seed of the great professionals of the future, the new creators, the new ideas.
