Silbon is today one of the most observed brands in the sector on a national level. Its unstoppable growth and the extension of its proposal have made it a leading player in the mainstream fashion market. Its ability to detect opportunities has been extraordinary: starting from men’s tailoring, it has been able to expand, connect with new consumer profiles and consolidate a growth model with a dazzling potential. With a projected turnover of 100 million euros by 2025, Silbon has gone from being an emerging brand to an expansion model that challenges the big names in the sector in record time.
When it came to us, the brand had a firm foundation, but wanted a brand strategy that would allow it to structure its leadership with a long-term vision. In response, we developed a strategic culture that projects the company into the future, giving it a clear, differentiated and contemporary identity, capable of connecting with new consumers and consolidating itself in highly demanding markets. A culture that acts as a great operating system for the company: it structures the organisation, guides decision-making and brings together all areas of action, from the team to the customer experience.
A STRATEGIC SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINED EXPANSION
Silbon’s evolution required a strategy capable of transforming its growth into a structured and sustainable model. Innovation was the structural principle that made it possible to redefine its codes, expand its opportunities and develop a framework for action aligned with its expansion. To materialise this transformation, we designed a progressive activation system that converts its new vision and new strategic concepts into a progressive ‘pipeline’ of actions, designed to unfold over time. A model that guides each area of the company – from product to retail, communication or digital expansion – with initiatives designed to synchronise the brand with the pace of its growth, strengthen its competitiveness and consolidate its position in each new market. Always with its feet on the ground: a key identity trait in the solid management of this company.
A VISUAL IDENTITY THAT REINFORCES ITS LEADERSHIP
Silbon’s strategic evolution also resulted in the redesign of its visual identity, designed to project its vision of leadership. A visual system that consolidates its positioning and key elements, ensuring that every interaction with the brand reinforces its ambition, differentiation and authority in the sector.
A visual identity built on its sartorial heritage, but with an eye to the future and its new audiences: an expression that reinforces its differentiation, competitive strength and capacity for expansion. Its implementation will mark a new stage in the perception of the brand, ensuring that Silbon remains a benchmark with a visual presence that is both renewed and consistent, projecting its leadership with clarity and forcefulness.
A DEMOCRATIC VISION THAT IS DRIVING A NEW ERA
Since its origin, Silbon has been the expression of a clear vision: that of its CEO, Pablo López, who understood from the beginning that tailoring could evolve without losing its essence. An essence transmitted in the legacy of his grandfather, Antonio López, master tailor, translated today into garments made with extraordinary dedication and quality. Designed to last and to accompany those who wear them at every moment of their lives. That is the basis of his project: to break the barriers of classical tailoring, to transfer its values to a contemporary model and to expand its impact beyond the formal suit, evolving towards a concept of versatile, sophisticated and democratic style.
Nadie’s work has largely been to amplify and structure that vision. The strategic culture we developed reinforces its discourse and gives it long-term strength, drawing from its history and philosophy the assets and principles that today underpin the brand’s expansion.
