VisionLab! is not just another optical brand. It is the company that changed visual healthcare access in Spain: pioneer in democratizing optics, innovating in retail distribution, and building a new concept of network—with more than 110 owned centers. VisionLab! is also the only fully Spanish optical and optometric chain with its own lens manufacturing and assembly facilities. A legacy built over four decades that gives it a distinctive place within its sector.
When a company with such a trajectory decides to rethink its meaning and update its brand culture, the challenge is significant. It requires reactivating its pioneering DNA, revisiting its strategic foundations, and projecting a future model capable of restoring prominence and impact. For Nadie, the excitement and the responsibility of guiding this process are, quite simply, inseparable.

Asking questions such as: What does it mean today for a brand to include the word “vision”? What is a “lab” in these new times? What does it mean to help people see and hear better? What should a visual and hearing health center be today? What is expected from a pioneer like VisionLab!? And what is it that no one expects from it?
A NEW VISION FOR VISIONLAB
Together with the new management team, Nadie has designed for VisionLab! a strategic culture that updates its way of being, thinking, and acting: a new operating system for the entire company—from the factory, retail, and communication, to product design and talent management. Equipping VisionLab! with new concepts to rethink itself and its sector, opening new perspectives for the future of optics and audiology.
A culture that highlights its most distinctive asset: its own factory in Madrid.
A center capable of producing 2,500 lenses per day, now symbolizing VisionLab!’s new phase: control of the value chain, proximity, pride in manufacturing in Spain, applied innovation. From the 1980s revolution of “your glasses in one hour” to today’s lenses developed with predictive vision algorithms, the factory has always been the place where VisionLab! proves that innovation and accessibility can go hand in hand.






HOW DOES VISIONLAB’S INVISIBLE POWER WORKS?
Because VisionLab!’s strength lies in the invisible: in a factory that concentrates know-how; in a cohesive network that multiplies that knowledge; in a clinical and technological expertise cultivated over decades; and in a loyal, satisfied customer base that validates this value proposition every day.
